How do I change my address?
You can update your address in the Your Details section within the Killik app.
Log into your account on the app, select the Account button in the top right hand corner, and then select 'Your Details'.
From here select 'Address', and follow the process of adding in your new address. Once you have submitted it, our support team will double check the details are correct and accept the address change.
Please note: once you have updated your address, you will not be able to edit this section until it has been approved by our team.
How do I change my bank details?
You can update your bank details in the Your Details section within the Killik app.
Log into your account on the app, select the Account button in the top right hand corner, and then select 'Your Details'.
From here select 'Your Bank Details', and enter your Sort Code and Account Number. Once you have submitted it, our support team will double check the details are correct and accept the change to your bank details.
Please note: once you have updated your bank details, you will not be able to edit this section until it has been approved by our team.
