How do I Log In?
You will need your unique Client Code. Once your Client Code is entered, you will be taken to the Access Code page. You can select to receive the Access Code to the email address, phone number or mobile number attached to your Killik Account. The code will then be valid for the next 10 minutes for you to enter on the site and complete your login.
For the Killik App, once you have entered your Client Code and Access Code you will be able to use a regular PIN or Touch / Face ID to easily access your account on the go.
What is my Client Code?
Your Client Code is a code that is unique to you that you will need to log in to myKillik and the Killik app. This will have been posted to you in hard copy form or provided by email in your welcome pack. You are able to request a reminder of your code by selecting the "Forgotten Client Code?" option in the bottom left hand corner of the login screen.
How do I obtain my Client Code?
You are able to request a reminder of your code by selecting the "Forgotten Client Code?" option in the bottom left hand corner of the login screen. Enter your surname, date of birth and postcode, if they match the details we will send you and email containing your Client Code (please check your junk mail). Alternatively, you can get in touch directly with your Investment Manager or the Client Support team at clientsupport@killik.com.
What is an Access Code?
An Access Code is a code that will be sent to you via your chosen form: email, text message or phone call, when you log in to your account. You will then need to type this in to gain entry to myKillik. The code will be valid for 10 minutes after receipt to complete your login.
The Killik App will give you the option to choose between email and text message to receive your Access Code.

Is the Access Code required every time I Log In?
No, for convenience the site allows you to login subsequent times without the need to enter a new access code each time. This code will only be required if you select the “Log Out” option, or if you do not log in for 30 days.
Should I log out when I’m done?
Once you have completed your session on myKillik, you can simply navigate away from the site or close your browser. For convenience the site allows you to login subsequent times without the need to enter a new access code each time. If you using a public computer, or are not the only person able to access your device however, you may wish to use the "Log Out" option. This can be found by selecting your name in the top right hand corner, and then by selecting the “Log Out” button. Doing this means that you will be required to enter a new access code each time you login.
If you are frequently using the myKillik website and want to lock your screen instead of logging out simply activate your 'Privacy Lock'. This will allow you to set a PIN and an automatic timeout of your choosing. This can be activated by selecting your name in the top right corner of the site, and Account > Settings.
Once you have entered a PIN for the Privacy Lock, this will be activated on your screen timeout selection or by clicking 'Privacy Lock'. If you happen to forget your PIN you can simply log out and back in again and reset your PIN by setting up the Privacy Lock again.
